做(zuò )法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
