做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
