做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
