做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
