做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
