做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
