做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
