做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
