做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
