做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
