做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
