做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
