做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
