做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
