做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
