做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
