做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
