做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
