做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
