做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
