做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
