做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
