做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
