做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
