做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
