做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
