做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
