做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
