做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
