做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
