做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
