做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
