做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
