做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
