做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
