做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
