做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
