做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
