做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
