做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
