做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
