做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
