做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
