做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
