做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
