做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
