做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
