做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
