做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
