做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
